We would like to welcome everyone officially to Magical Girl Raising Project! Here is where you guys can introduce yourselves - maybe with a little murdergame history if you have any - along with your characters and just tell us just how hyped you guys are for murder! We also have an official Discord channel here for those of you who are interested.

Feel free to also list your contact information and any other pertinent information as needed.

Also as an official announcement, just in case those of you were unaware, the first week, which will be listed as Week Zero will have absolutely no murder in order to build up that sweet, sweet, CR and make the murder a lot more upsetting in the end. We will be rolling for the murder victim and culprit on March 18, as a heads up unless we get any mysterious PMs in regards to volunteering for the first kill, which we wholeheartedly accept.

And as a reminder, please make sure that you do the following if you haven't yet:

• Fill out your character profile.
  
• Add raisingproject as a friend, as that will be how PMs will be sent for murder-related plotting.

Hello, everyone~! I'm Yamadori and I'm completely new to murdergames. (And DWRP in general, I guess? If six months is still considered new, I don't know.) But I am super hyped to be here and play with you all! I've made the questionable life decision of apping two characters, but I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone with them~

The first is Nanami Chiaki from Dangan Ronpa 3. Chosen by the illustrious Hope's Peak Academy for her talent as the Super High School Level Gamer, Nanami can be pretty socially inept at times. In spite of that, she's a very sweet and caring girl that enjoys playing games with her friends.

The Dangan Ronpa series is known for being all about murder, but unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it), Nanami doesn't have any experience with that at all in the canon point that I'm taking her from. Unless you count video games, and those are vastly different from the real thing, so hopefully she'll be okay...

Anyway, while part of her really wants to get home, Nanami will also be pretty happy about making new friends here. She's in your care!



Lastly, my second character is Taiki Kudou from the Digimon Xros Wars manga! For anyone who might be familiar with his anime version, Taiki's manga counterpart isn't a completely different person, but the two have vastly different past experiences that shape the young man they become. And instead of being the instant genius he is in the anime with practically everything he touches, this Taiki's talents lie more in hard work and luck.

But for those who are not canon familiar, Taiki is an unfailingly optimistic boy who kind of ended up leading an army of fantastical digital creatures called Digimon. But even while there are times he has to be firm, more often than not Taiki is very kind and even gentle if the situation calls for it. More than anything else, Taiki is driven to help anyone who is in need, and the thing he can't abide by more than anything else is someone else being hurt for someone else's sake - or worse, if someone else gets hurts because of him.

Taiki will be excited to make friends despite the situation, though, and he'll work hard to protect everyone as best he can. Unfortunately I'm mostly blind to the anime, so I don't have any shiny GIFs of him to leave you with, but instead I grant you this cap from the manga.

And one fun fact for whoever might know of her: Maybe not as relevant since this is manga!Taiki, but in the anime he is voice about Minami Takayama. She voices some guy named Hinata from that series called Dangit Grandpa or something.

EDITING BECAUSE I FORGOT THE MOST IMPORTANT PARTS: Nanami's magical girl name is 8bit Wonder, while Taiki has none! Nanami will be in Room #5, and for Taiki it will be Room #12. Feel free to add me at Yamadori!

I hope you have a lot of fun in your first murdergame, Yama! It should be especially interesting with two characters. Poor Nanami can't escape murdergames no matter what, it seems.
