I really like your new idea for the task post. I think that the presence of non-repeatable/limited tasks is one thing that's making the acceptances more unwieldy. Since they're in high demand, I think people are always going to rush for them OOC.

And I definitely think having the non-repeatable tasks is a good thing, there's just a lot of potential for elbowing each other OOCly without some structuring. I think that this post style would allow y'all to cut down on that some. Maybe listing the absolute maximum number of takers for a task in the toplevel comment would help, too? That's the best I got.
